we are moving

They say time flies when you’re enjoying yourself… and we can’t believe three full decades have passed since Footman James first set up shop here in the Black Country.

After 30 years in the same offices, we've decided it's time to move on - but don't worry, our new head office will be just under four miles away!

All 150 members of staff will be making the move from our current location at Cradley Heath, in Rowley Regis.

One of the great advantages of the new base will be the reality of having the whole team together, as we’re currently split over two offices with commercial and the rest of the team separated (although only by 100 yards or so!)

Moving to Castlegate Business Park in Dudley later this year will allow our long-awaited reunion to finally come to fruition.

The hotly-anticipated move to the new location will take place later in the year - once a refurbishment programme has been completed.

The move coincides with us celebrating 30 years in the classic car and motorcycle insurance industry this year - a milestone that we'll be marking with a series of special events.

Our managing director Andy Fairchild has been over the moon to announce the move, and to confirm that we'll be proudly retaining our Black Country roots.

He said the company hopes to have a "successful and vibrant future" at the new premises as part of the wider West Midlands' economic prosperity and success.

Who knows, we may even bring a tiny bit of Cradley Heath along with us – surely no one will miss the odd brick or square of carpet!?

No matter where we are, we look forward to continuing our unique relationship with vintage and classic vehicle enthusiasts and clubs – so don’t hesitate to get in touch.
